NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the property owners and residents of the City of Sugar Creek, Missouri that the Sugar Creek Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Mike Onka Community Hall, 11520 Putnam Street, Sugar Creek, Missouri 64054.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions as declared by Jackson County and the City of Sugar Creek, meetings will be available to the public in-person with masks observing social distancing.

This Hearing is a continuation of the Planning & Zoning Public Hearing from August 26, 2021.  Application is for the Change in Zoning from M2, General Industrial Zoning and A, Agricultural Zoning to a M2-P, General Industrial, Planned.

Legal Description: This is within Jackson County, Missouri. The Tax Parcel ID numbers are attached in “Exhibit A” and the general legal description is in the vicinity of 18301 E. Courtney Atherton Road, Sugar Creek, MO. The legal description and Exhibit A is for the proposed excavation site.      

A copy of the Change in Zoning Application may be examined at City Hall in Sugar Creek between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. All interested parties are invited to be heard at said Public Hearing.
